The Town of Delhi Assessor’s Office works to provide a fair and equitable assessment roll. It provides, receives, and reviews exemption applications, estimates tax impact for new construction, and works with the code enforcement officer to determine the correct inventory.
Important Dates:
March 1—Exemption applications and renewal forms are due
May 1—Tentative roll filed
Fourth Tuesday in May is Grievance Day
July 1—Final roll filed
