Per Delhi Police Department Chief Michael Mills:
During the Delhi Covered Bridge Run on June 1, 2019 from 9 am to 11 am the following roads and bridges will be closed and/or limited to local traffic only:
- County Route 18 (from the Village line to Fitch’s Bridge)
- Fitch’s Bridge
- Delaware Avenue
- Bridge Street
- The Bridge Street Bridge
- Page Avenue
- Sherwood Road
- The Lois Ray Memorial Bridge on Sherwood Road
- Arbor Hill Road (from State Highway 28 to Sherwood Road)
Parts of Main Street will be closed briefly at the start of the event. Motorists are asked to exercise caution while traveling and be cognizant of runners and traffic safety personnel who will be sharing the roadways along the route of the course.
