  • Town Hall is located at 5 Elm St, Delhi NY
  • Town Hall has installed an intercom system for entry.  Please note that masks are required for services, this is for your safety as well as ours.  The Town Clerk's office is open from 8:00am -3:00pm. We are allowing only one person or couple in the office at a time.  Due to spacing if someone is in the hallway we will require you to wait outside until they leave.  Thank you.

Delhi Youth Sports

There are many opportunities for summer youth sports this summer.

Enrollment for Summer Swimming Lessons at the West Branch Recreation & Aquatic Center (Delhi Town Pool) has begun. The registration form can be found at townofdelhiny.com/department/pool. Dog Licensing

The Town of Delhi would like to remind residents of both the Town and Village of Delhi that Article 7 of the New York State Agriculture and Market Law requires that all dogs older than 4 months be licensed.  Licensing ensures that all dogs have been properly vaccinated against rabies for the protection of both you and your neighbors.
